We provide shorter 30 minute sessions if you need to stop in on a lunch break, or longer 60 or 90 minute sessions to take the time on what you needed treatment.

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

With rubber massage cups we create suction and vacuum pressure and move the cups along the body. Massage cupping relaxes tight muscles and tone attachments, breaks up adhesions and lift connective tissue, hydrating and increases circulation to the body, moves deep inflammation to the skin surface for release, and increases lymphatic flow to decrease toxins and extra fluid in the body.

We want to encourage our patients that don't have insurance coverage to still take care of yourself. It is very important no matter what lifestyle you have. With the monthly membership, you get one 60 Minute massage (customized to your needs of course) per month and get to take advantage of deeper discounts the more often you come in. Your second massage of each month is only $61 and your third or further massages in the month are $58. Take care of your body and come destress with us at least once per month.
Help us help you! For every five people you refer to us, you earn a FREE 60 minute massage. In order to be able to track who you refer, they need to give your first and last name when the referred come in for their appointment. Your five referrals will be counted when they have come in for their appointment. Every five that do this count for a free hour (so 10 people would get you two one-hour massages).
